Definitions

"Provider" refers to the dentist or orthodontist submitting the case.
"Case" represents a specific patient's records and treatment needs submitted for evaluation and a treatment plan by BClear Aligner.

Case Submission

  • Providers must ensure that all patient information and clinical records submitted are accurate and comprehensive to receive an appropriate treatment plan.
  • Patient confidentiality must be maintained. Remove any identifiable patient details not essential for treatment planning.
  • Digital impressions, photographs, and other required documentation should meet BClear Aligner's standards to ensure proper assessment.

Treatment Planning

  • Upon case submission, BClear Aligner will provide a digital treatment plan within 3 working days through the platform.
  • BClear Aligner relies on the information provided by the provider for treatment planning; any discrepancies or issues arising from inaccurate data submission will not be BClear Aligner's responsibility.

Warranty (Refinements)

The refinements period starts immediately after the end of the initial treatment plan period and is applicable only when the aligners were used as prescribed in terms of wearing cycle, and when all troubleshooting protocols have been followed without achieving the desired clinical outcome.

Fees and Payments

BClear Aligner uses a pre-paid credit system based on treatment plan bundles. Providers purchase a bundle of treatment plans (TPs) in advance, with pricing determined by the selected tier and the number of included TPs.

Each time a treatment plan is approved, one TP is deducted from the provider’s available balance. Providers must ensure they maintain a sufficient TP balance to access and unlock treatment plans.

No case will be processed without an available TP credit in the account.
