Refund Policy

At BClear Aligner, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital treatment plans and clear aligner products customized for each patient. Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refund After Treatment Plan Approval

Once a licensed provider (clinic or laboratory) confirms and approves a patient’s treatment plan through the BClear Aligner Rx Platform, the case is considered finalized and enters the production or final digital delivery stage. No refunds will be issued at this point, whether for:

  • Digital Treatment Plan: Once approved and downloadable, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • Manufactured Aligner Kit: Production begins immediately based on the approved plan, making the service non-refundable.
2. Pre-Approval Cancellations

If a provider cancels a case before confirming the treatment plan, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the work already completed (e.g., 3D segmentation, case setup).

3. Case Adjustments & Revisions

Providers may request a revision for clinically necessary adjustments within the defined refinement policy. These are handled as part of the treatment workflow and not treated as refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Any service that results in a downloadable file or manufactured product based on patient-specific data is strictly non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for review. All decisions are subject to internal evaluation and case status.
